Returns & Refunds

If you find you have ordered the wrong item we do accept returns within 14 days of purchase on some items, with the following conditions. Software is not refundable, this includes all downloads, forms purchased and emailed to you or other electronic means e.g. flash drive/thumb drive,CD assubscription packages.

• All forms must be in unopened packaging if applicable and must be in sellable condition.
• You are responsible for return shipping.
• There is a 20% restocking charge on all forms (these must be individually verified and carbonless paper has no write through or other imaging).
• Signs do not have a restocking charge.
• Preauthorization is required. To receive your Return Authorization Number please email sales@wilegalblank.com or call 414-344-5155 or Fax 414-344-0577 stating the reason or problem. Write the Return Authorization Number on a copy of your receipt when returning.
• Upon receipt of your return will issue you a check for the amount of the item minus 20% and applicable sales tax. Shipping is not refundable.
