General Questions

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: WLB is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are closed for major holidays.

Q: Where is your business located?
A: We are located at 749 N. 37th Street, Milwaukee WI 53208. One block north of Wisconsin Ave.

Q: If I place my form order today when will I receive it?
A: Stock form orders placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped same day via the method you select. Updates will be posted to your email for updates or delays.

Q: Are the forms copyrighted and have limited use?
A: Yes! Please see full statement and terms of the End User License Agreement. All software/digital forms are non-refundable. These have a limited usage time limit for 1 user.

Q. Do you have information on Landlord and Property Management Organizations?
A. We support and have affiliations with, and attend many meetings and shows of various Associations and Organizations. We have links to many of them at the bottom of our "home page" and also a button in the Ad at the top of the page labeled "Property Management Connections".

Q. Can I see what the form looks like on my screen?
A. Yes, in most cases we have high resolution pictures. Click on the thumbnail to enlarge, in some cases the larger view has a different image to see more inside information. If you still need it larger you can select a larger or smaller view in your browser.

Q. How can I find what I am looking for?
A. Products are categorized by their usage. If you know the form number, you may search for it. You can also enter any word that may be used in the title or text description e.g. "paint". This will return Lead Books, Lead Hazard Disclosure forms, Renovate Right Booklets, etc. We will be happy to assist you; we are adding new forms all the time.

Q. How do I get answers about the website or would like to see things added?
A. If you need assistance with our online experience, please contact our site administrator.

Ordering Made Simple

Q. Can I start an order online and call in my billing information?
A. Unfortunately, no. Our new system handles all processing through the online ordering system. Please contact us at 1-800-890-6890 with any issues or questions.

Q. If I need something urgently, what are my options?
A. Many of our forms are available as digital downloads. Read more about how our forms work. You can also order online and choose a shipping method. Our retail location also has physical products available in-stock for immediate purchase.

Q. What is the "Promo Code" indicated in the Shopping Cart?
A. We have periodic sales or product discount promotions. We provide a discount coupon code to apply the sale price to customers on our contact list. Please ignore this if you do not have an active promo code.

Printing Questions

Q: Can the existing forms be personalized to suit my needs?
A: Any stock form can be personalized to the customers request.

Q. Are you capable of working with both Macintosh and Windows file formats?
A. Yes, we can accept files created in Windows as well as Macintosh operating systems and utilize a a PDF workflow when possible.

Q. What software file formats do you accept?
A. We are capable of working with most common file formats. To name the most common Adobe InDesign, Quark X-Press, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft products, Acrobat PDF to name a few. Please check with us regarding what versions to use when saving your files. Some formats need to be converted to output for finial imaging.

Q. How can I transfer files to your staff?
A. There are several ways of transferring files to us. Contact us for a FTP link, DropBox, or Hightail services are also used. You can also e-mail your files or deliver a CD/DVD or flash (thumb) drive. Regardless of which method you choose, be sure to include all linked files and fonts and if needed compress/zip them into a single folder.
