980 Pre-Renovation Receipt Form
Used as a signed confirmation of deliverance of the Renovate Right Booklet. Contractors must document compliance of this EPA requirement with a signed Pre-Renovation form. Required by law on pre-1978 housing and is to be accompanied by the "RenovateRight Pamphlet” Documents must be maintained for 3 years to be in compliance.
