This Addendum should be used when a landlord wishes to set forth specific rules, responsibilities, and disclosures relating to pest prevention, inspection, and treatment. It is intended to be attached to and incorporated into the Residential Rental Agreement to clearly allocate duties between landlord and tenant regarding pest control.
