Wisconsin Legal Blank Printing and Forms was established in 1905 primarily as a legal and custom forms printer. For decades, Wisconsin Legal Blank Printing and Forms serviced industries that requested preprinted and custom forms. We are still a business with a physical location and welcome walk-in business.

We provide legally-validated customizable forms, prepress, printing, bindery and more.

We are constantly adapting new ways to provide quality and value our customers have come to expect. We are always expanding our prepress, printing and bindery capabilities. Our full typesetting and computer to plate technology allows us to create your project from conception to the finished product or anywhere in between. With the addition of a new Digital Color Imager/High Speed Copier many options are available for providing finished product.
